Yesterday, WRAP (Women’s Resource and R**e Assistance Program) hosted a Proclamation event at the Municipal Center to recognize Domestic Violence Awareness Month. October is dedicated to raising awareness of domestic violence, and throughout the 19 counties WRAP serves across West Tennessee, advocates organize events to bring communities together — including law enforcement, mayors, and judges.

The public forum is scheduled in conjunction with our normal city council meeting on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2025, AT 6:OO PM.
