Piper and Johnny, young firefighters in their early 20s, were involved in a serious accident that has left them with significant injuries and a long road to recovery. Piper suffered a broken neck and severe brain injury, while Johnny has a major concussion and facial injuries. They’re now home but unable to work, and the medical and therapy costs are adding up quickly.

Major Shout out. To our Fire crew I’m so proud to have the A team during our thinning project we had a lightning strike happen about mile and a half above our work area last night and all my boys responded and worked diligently and hiked bladder bags in to a 10 x 10 wrapped it mopped it up and reported it to the forest service. Good work boys that’s the way we geter done. Thank you all for volunteering to the greater cause and protecting the community and forest.
