Thrive Community Services, LLC

Thrive Community Services, LLC As our new vision has taken shape, we have moved to a unifying name and are now Trivium Life Services. At Trivium, we are here to help you move forward.

Formerly known as Trivium Life Services, Thrive Community Services provides community-based behavioral health and supportive services designed to meet people where they are and strengthen stability over time. When Crossroads of Western Iowa, Recovery 4 Life, and A New Path came together, we expanded our mission, increased our resources, and strengthened our services. Whether you are seeking suppor

ted community living, outpatient services, or weekly counseling sessions, our holistic approach to services will help you reach your goals. Our mission is simple: Creating Hope. Empowering Lives. Inspiring Communities. We achieve this mission by serving those who are looking for help but haven’t yet had their needs met. Trivium’s Masters Level Clinicians and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors provide Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Counselors also serve those impacted by trauma and domestic violence. We provide wrap-around services including case management, recovery coaching, peer support, and educational classes to treat the whole person, not just symptoms. Our long-term support services are ideal for those with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, chronic mental illness, and brain injuries who need help to reach their full potential at home, work, and in their communities. From hourly services and day habilitation to employment services and full-time residential living, we have services suitable for all needs and coordinate care with doctors and other providers. Life can be difficult, but you don’t have to face it alone; we at Trivium Life Services are here to help and support you.

Several of our Boise staff recently had the opportunity to attend Light the Night for Hope, a powerful evening dedicated to su***de prevention, mental health awareness, and community connection, hosted by the Organization of Student Social Workers at Boise State University. Proceeds from this event benefitted the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention- Idaho.

Thank you to our staff - Andrew, Amy, Tiara, Chelan, Jessica, and Melody - for representing Thrive! And a special shout-out to our friend Chloe at Newport Healthcare.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Mental health isn’t just about diagnoses—it’s about people and experiences.

At Thrive Community Services, we believe support should be accessible, compassionate, and real. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, or just trying to take the next step forward—there is always a path ahead.

This month, we encourage our communities to:
✔ Check in on someone
✔ Start the conversation
✔ Reach out for support

Because even in the hardest moments, change is possible.

We’re proud to support ICADD as a silver sponsor this year. ICADD is an annual 3-day conference held every year at Boise State University. The conference is a coordinated effort crafted by Idaho stakeholders and leaders in substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery. Thank you to our staff member Amber LaRocco who serves on the ICADD Board and the all of the Board members and volunteers who provide this great resource.

Welcome to 2026 ICADD as a SILVER SPONSOR: Thrive Community Services, LLC (formerly Trivium)
