Idaho Industrial Commission Fairly administer the Idaho Workers’ and Crime Victims Compensation Laws

09/09/2026

The Industrial Commission’s talent for attracting and recognizing extraordinary individuals shines like a constellation of dedicated stars, reflecting the supportive and collaborative environment we strive to cultivate. Last month, we came together for an agency‑wide gathering to celebrate our staff’s hard work and their integral role in serving injured workers and victims of crime.

We would like to recognize their service and express our gratitude for their continued support. We are grateful for the investment of their time and resources in our agency’s mission and our positive workplace. Our mission is one of service to the State of Idaho, impacting individuals, families, and communities during challenging times—remains at the heart of all we do. We are fortunate to apply our strengths and make a meaningful difference for Idahoans.

A heartfelt thank you to all our employees for their dedication, their commitment to our mission, and for making this agency truly exceptional. It is a privilege to serve in this capacity, and we are proud of their efforts. Let’s keep up the great work and continue reaching for new heights together.

Last week, our entire crew of 130 team members from across Idaho touched down in Boise for our 2026 Agency‑Wide Meeting. Together, we charted new territory in teamwork, purpose, and connection.

Some of Our Highlights Included:
• Teamwork & Speaking with Intention with Che Lanuza — exploring the power of intentional communication.
• Navigating by Our North Star with Megan O’Rourke — aligning our values and vision to guide every mission ahead.
• Crime Victims Compensation Program’s 40th Anniversary — celebrating four decades of financial assistance, helping victims find justice.
• Milestone Years of Service — honoring the dedicated crew members whose commitment continues to propel our agency forward.

As we return to our respective corners of the state, we’re energized, united, and ready for the next mission. Here’s to another year of working as One Commission — reaching further when we soar together.

The goal of Industrial Commission Rehabilitation Consultants is to return the injured worker back to the labor market as close as possible to his or her pre-injury status and wage. Through our rehabilitation services, employers may experience a reduction in time loss expenditures, and the injured worker may experience an easy and timely return to the labor market.
As a neutral party coordinating return-to-work efforts with the injured worker, employer, insurance company, physician, attorney, and other individuals involved in the industrial claim, we can assist with the vocational aspects related to the claim. Our goal is to help you make informed decisions. By doing so, we aim to reduce costs and insurance expenditures while increasing productivity and facilitating an early return to employment.

With ten locations across the state of Idaho, we have an office near you with a staff committed to helping your employee return to work in a capacity that aligns with their physical abilities and is as close as possible to their pre-injury wages.
