Join us THIS SATURDAY for the Idaho for All Outdoor Accessibility Fair & Adaptive Equipment Launch at Eagle Island State Park! 🌲♿️

Come experience an incredible afternoon focused on accessibility, adaptive recreation, and inclusive outdoor opportunities throughout Idaho!

✨ Try out adaptive Trackchairs and Rigs on the trails at Eagle Island State Park
✨ Meet organizations from around Idaho providing disability resources and adaptive recreation opportunities
✨ Learn about exciting accessibility initiatives happening across the state
✨ Family friendly and open to the public

We are also excited to announce that Float & Chill Truck will be joining us serving delicious frozen treats throughout the event! 🍦☀️

Participating organizations include:
Idaho for All, Idaho State Parks, Challenged Athletes Foundation, University of Idaho, Encircle Rec, LINC, Advanced Prosthetics & Orthotics, Idaho Access Project, BASE, Higher Ground USA, and more!

This event is about ensuring everyone has the opportunity to experience Idaho’s natural beauty and outdoor spaces. Whether you are personally impacted by disability, work in the field, love the outdoors, or simply want to support a more inclusive Idaho — we would love to see you there.

Summer is just around the corner! Does your teen have summer plans yet? Consider one of our summer camps for young adults with disabilities ages 13-20. We have nine, week-long summer camps from June 1st through the first week of August (no camp the week of July 4th). These fun-filled camps include field trips, art projects, socializing with peers, tours, and much more!

Camp will take place at Whitney Community Center. We will have two experienced staff and only 10 participants, so it is a nice small group. Ideally, participants who enroll enjoy going out into the community, making friends, and are independent in self-care needs (although an aide could accompany them if need be).

If you know of anyone who may be interested, please pass this info along to them. Parents can register by calling 208-608-7680. Registration is $130, but scholarships are available. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any questions about the camp.

5 spots remaining for the Idaho Youth Adaptive Sports Camp which will take place June 10-13! This camp is offered to youth and teens whose primary disability is a physical disability. During the camp, athletes play a variety of adaptive sports such as wheelchair basketball, wheelchair tennis, power soccer, rock climbing, cycling, and more!
