The City Council would like to thank all of those who helped with the tree clean up after the last several thunder storms. We appreciate everyone who helped in any way. We really appreciate the Graham County crew who spent the day removing all of the dead limbs from the pile and taking care of our tree pit.

There are some changes happening at the Hightower Park in Bogue! The Graham County Community Foundation awarded the Bogue Park Committee a $10,000 grant made possible from funds from Dane G. Hansen. The committee used the money to purchase new equipment for the park. Several committee members and other community members have been working hard to prepare the area, assemble, and install the new equipment. Come check it out!!

Congratulations, Bogue! Mayor, Karen Thompson, attended the Kansas Rural Water Association annual meeting in Wichita to accept the "Most Improved Water System" in Kansas award. Bogue was given the award because of the new water system that was constructed last year. The City Council would like to thank Mike Younger from EBH Engineering Firm for all of his help in completing this project.
