💙 A FILM WITH A PURPOSE. A MISSION THAT MATTERS.
Behind our upcoming screening of WE ARE HERE is a mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of Holocaust Survivors in our community.

Through the Nancy Dershaw Grant for Holocaust Survivors in Need and the Ruth and Norman Rales Jewish Family Services (JFS) Holocaust Survivor Assistance Program, JFS is committed to helping Holocaust Survivors access the care, assistance, and support they deserve.

By joining us for this special film night, you’re helping support this important mission while honoring the stories, resilience, and lives of Holocaust Survivors.

🎬 Join us on Sunday, November 8, at 2 PM at Movies of Delray.
🎟️ Tickets are $18, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Nancy Dershaw Grant for Holocaust Survivors in Need.

Together, we can remember their stories and make a difference in their lives. 💙

Let’s talk about it. Really talk about it.
Substance use can be a difficult subject to navigate, especially when you’re trying to understand what’s considered social use, what may be cause for concern, and how to approach the conversation without judgment.
That’s why we’re bringing the community together for Let’s Talk About It, moderated by Rabbi Dan Levin.
Our expert panel will offer insight into va**ng, ni****ne, energy drinks, socially accepted substances, warning signs, and the difference between use and misuse, while also sharing ways to help families have more open and productive conversations.
Featuring:
• Andrea Pittell, LCSW, Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services
• Adam L. Saslov, LMHC PA, Individual, Group & Family Therapy
• John Puls, LCSW, MCAP, Co-Founder, Full Life Comprehensive Care
• Shari Sheiner, SLP, Spanish River High School

What an absolute thriller of a game! 🦉🏈
Our mentors and mentees, and a few of our smiling staff from Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services (JFS) had an unforgettable day cheering on Florida Atlantic University! From high-fiving the players as they burst out of the tunnel to experiencing every nail-biting second of an epic 51-49 barnburner win over Rice, it was memories made to last a lifetime.
Moments like these are what mentoring is all about—sharing experiences, building bonds, and having a blast together! 💙🤍
