I don’t use TikTok but to ban it infringes upon my constitutional rights to use it if I desire to do so. No different that banning books from the library that adults want to read.

If our US Supreme Court follows our US Constitution out 1st Amend can save TikTok. Maybe they can ban minors from using TikTok but our government has no constitutional right to tell adults they can’t use TikTok.

TikTok says it plans to challenge the law that could ban it in the US in court. Experts think it’s got a fighting chance.

According to 911 callers, their were teachers or staff at the Nashville Christian School who were carrying guns and they didn’t engage the shooter, it was police who arrived and ended the threat so this is just more GOP “feel good” lawmaking that isn’t going to make any difference.

God, Jesus and Prayer didn’t protect the 3 nine year olds in the Nashville Christian School and more armed teachers and staff isn’t going to prevent the next school shooting. The problem is and always has been the guns and until they reduce the number of guns in civilian ownership we will continue to have mass shootings.

The legislation sailed through the lower chamber and will go to Gov. Bill Lee's desk. After the vote, the House descended into chaos.
