**NOTICE**
Blytheville Waterworks is seeing a significant increase in the number of customers not receiving their monthly postcard bills.
Blytheville Waterworks mails out postcard bills twice monthly, depending on the area of town you live in. We print in-house and hand-deliver every bill from our office to the local post office. Our office has notified the local Post Office regarding the issues customers are having receiving their bill.
Our office has two billing cycles monthly. Some customers' bills are due on the 4th of the month, and others ' are due on the 18th of the month. Your address depends on the cycle and due date of your monthly bill.
Should your bill come due on the 4th of each month, our office will deliver your bill to the local post office on the 15th of the previous month. If a bill is due on the 18th of the month, then bills are mailed out by the 30th of the previous month. If you do not receive a bill within a week of those dates, contact our office at 870.763.4449 to receive the balance for your service location.
Not receiving a bill does NOT exempt you from your monthly payment or penalties if NOT paid by the due date.
*Below are more ways to receive a monthly statement.*
1. The office offers a monthly e-bill statement sent by email with the bill amount. If you are not receiving a bill by mail, this is a great alternative to the traditional postcard by mail bill.
2. Also, you can create an account online with Blytheville Waterworks at https://blythevillewaterworks.epayub.com. Here you can view your history, pay a bill, or set up automatic payments.
Automatic draft payments are another way to ensure that your payment is received on time. Our office can set this up for you by phone or in the office using your bank routing number and account number.
We advise customers who do not receive their bill by mail to file a complaint with the local post office.
We appreciate your help in this matter!
