Two arrested in ex*****on of search warrant

Blytheville, AR – On June 9, 2026, Agents with the Blytheville Police Department, Osceola Police Department and Mississippi County Sheriff’s Office assigned to the 2nd Judicial Drug Task Force, along with the assistance of the Blytheville Police Department Special Response Team successfully executed a search warrant in the 200 Block of N 22nd St in Blytheville.

Agents recovered approximately 110 Grams of Crack Co***ne, 175 Fentanyl Pills, 1.87 grams of Fentanyl Powder, 83 grams of Methamphetamine and various items used in the distribution of narcotics.

Arrested were Damon Henderson (45, Blytheville) and Brionna Hoy (36, Blytheville). Both were charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule I,II > 10 grams < 200 Grams X2
Manufacturing co***ne > 10 grams < 200 grams, Manufacturing Drug Paraphernalia, Trafficking Fentanyl, and Maintaining a Drug Premises. Both individuals appeared in Blytheville District Court on June 10, 2026 and were bound over to Circuit Court and both were given a $200,000 cash bond.

The Blytheville Police Department wishes to congratulate Lt. M. Foster, Lt. J. Nelson, and Cpt. B. Hall on their recent completion of Arkansas Leader. Arkansas Leader is a prestigious one week class co-sponsored by the Criminal Justice Institute and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Those offices will also be closed Monday, May 25, 2026, in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday. Offices will reopen Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at normal business hours. Blytheville Police Department is currently working an accident scene and due to the power poles being damaged, we urge the public to stay clear of the area of: MLK overpass to the light at Main St, Leclede to Walnut, Holland to Main, Holland to Walnut, and Main up to O’rileys. Robin Haught-Angel have recently completed the School of Law Enforcement Supervision (SLES) through the Criminal Justice Institute. This course is exclusively designed to provide first and second line supervisors with the fundamental skills they will need to become effective managers over the course of their careers.
