Saturday will be a beautiful day for cleaning up our community!

Join us at Limberlost State Historic Site in Geneva. RSVPs appreciated! (Info below)

Calling all volunteers! We need help on December 2 to clean up litter and debris from areas surrounding the Wabash River near Geneva.

Following the volunteer work, refreshments and a show from Soarin' Hawk Raptor Rescue will be provided at the Limberlost State Historic Site. Additionally, the Limberlost Cabin will be open for a free walk-through tour and naturalist Curt Burnette will share his unique collection of natural items from the Limberlost.

We will meet at the historic site at 12:30pm to be assigned a location to clean, and we will reconvene at the historic site at 2:30pm for refreshments and a show.

Areas in need of cleaning include those along US 27, 950 S, Limberlost County Park, and Ceylon Covered Bridge. Trash bags, safety vests, and gloves are provided by INDOT.

Children and families are welcome to participate! See the flier for additional important information.

Please register with Randy Lehman at [email protected].
