Have you seen the new art mural on the pavilion at Field of Dreams, Oscar Frazier Park?

A group of Bluffton students got the chance to complete a public art project that was delayed for more than a year by the COVID-19 pandemic.

So exciting to finally get our mural for the Pavilion at Field of Dreams park completed, thanks to the Art Club students, and their teacher JoEllen Jacobs, from MC Riley Elementary! What a great addition...and such creativity...from these students! Thank you! If you have not seen the newly completed mural, stop by the Field of Dreams pavilion in Oscar Frazier Park.

We are so excited about Phase 3 of the multi-year, multi-phase project to improve the Field of Dreams at Oscar Frazier park! Thank you Town of Bluffton for taking on the project to add a connecting pathway around the Field of Dreams, perfect for walking, running and holding small events in the park.

Officials with the Town of Bluffton said Monday that the town has begun installing about a quarter-mile of concrete and oyster shell sidewalks around the grassy area of Oscar Frazier Park. In these difficult times of social distancing and staying at home, don't forget your Little Free Library located at the Field of Dreams pavilion. Stocked full of good books to read, mostly for adults. We are lacking children's books, so please remember "take one, share one". Enjoy a good book, stay home, be safe and stay well!

Our Amiri Farris mural is back under the pavilion! Thanks to the Town of Bluffton for helping stabilize the frame! And thanks again to Amiri, our very talented local artist, for his creation! Such a beautiful piece...and just in time for someone's birthday party this weekend.
We also got a new load of books donated to the Little Free Library, thanks to park friends Susan and David. Stop by and check them out...and remember to give the gift of reading the next time you finish a book or clean out your book shelves.
