Take a look at your gutter. What do you see?

Leaves? Dirt? Litter? Grass clippings?

When stormwater flows through the gutters, it picks up the pollutants and carries them down the storm drain to the Jordan River. So, while it is nice to share, we really don't want that junk in the river.

For Bluffdale's National Day of Service (that's today), we're focusing on one simple action: cleaning our drains and gutters.

Grab your gloves. Grab a broom or a shovel. Help clear the way for cleaner water.

We are excited to host the I Love America Mini Museum this year at Bluffdale City Hall from September 15-18.

The "Freedom Boxes" show famous historical scenes (like signing of the Declaration of Independence) and famous places (like Mount Rushmore) to remind us of what makes America great.

It will only be at City Hall for a short time, so make plans now to come see it!
