As we celebrate Jackson County Parks + Rec 50th Fall Festival, we are recognizing the partnerships that help us preserve the past and bring history to life for future generations.
Through our Cultivating Connections Program and Preserving America Partnership with Americana Corner and the Friends Of Missouri Town 1855, we’re continuing to enhance the visitor experience and create meaningful opportunities to experience mid-1800s life and agriculture.
From reproduction furnishings that bring the Webb House closer to its 1860s appearance to Star and Bright, our American Milking Devon oxen, Cultivating Connections is helping us create authentic, hands-on connections to Missouri Town’s history.
Come experience it for yourself at the 50th Fall Festival of Arts, Crafts & Music!
