Over the next few weeks, you may see our Calhoun County Emergency Management truck out and about in neighborhoods and on residential streets more frequently. Part of our department's responsibilities include issuing and managing 911 addresses throughout the county. Ensuring the accuracy of addresses and 911 maps help first responders find your residence quickly during an emergency. If you see us on your street, we are just verifying and updating addresses and map information to ensure our law enforcement, firefighting and EMS partners locate your address quickly.
