On August 19–20, Elevate Life hosted a REAL Essentials Foundations Certification Training at our headquarters for our affiliates!

Staff from across our network spent two days building hands-on skills to teach healthy relationships, covering communication, conflict navigation, decision-making, and more.

Grateful for everyone who joined us, and excited to see this training multiply its impact across MN, WI, and the Dakotas.

This is Options for Women East Clinic, one of our affiliate centers, right here in the community for 36 years and still going strong.

What sets this center apart is how much they've built in-house. Their prenatal program is run almost entirely by volunteer doctors, nurse practitioners, and a radiologist, all giving their own time so that women can receive free, judgment-free care from pregnancy test through delivery. To date, they've walked alongside families for 313 births and counting.

It's not just about medical care. Downstairs, education and support groups create space to build community with each other. Upstairs, medical care happens with dignity and privacy. Every detail is intentional, because every woman who walks through that door deserves to feel welcomed.

This is what it looks like to build a culture of life, one relationship at a time. 💙

Have you met Esther?

She's not your typical clinic. She's a van, small, easy to maneuver, and packed with everything a woman needs to get real answers about a pregnancy: an exam table, a full ultrasound run right off a laptop, even a tiny bathroom tucked in the back.

I had the privilege of touring Esther recently and meeting the team behind her. It was clear talking with them that everyone shares the same answer for why this way of doing the work matters: go where they are supposed to be.

Every center Elevate Life supports looks a little different. Alpha built a van, and she goes where she's needed.

I recently got to visit Options for Women St. Croix Valley, one of our proud Elevate Life affiliates, and sit down with their executive director, Margaret. Did you know that out of the women who walk through their doors, many already leaning toward abortion, 81% choose life?

When I asked Margaret to describe her center in three words, she didn't hesitate: Safe. Home. Love.
Watching how her team works, no judgment, just meeting Moms and Dads exactly where they are, you can see why.

Yesterday, we were proud to host an Effective Communication & Navigating Difficult Conversations training for our affiliate members, a full day of professional development designed to strengthen leadership skills and build stronger organizations.

Led by Annie Perdue-Olson, the workshop focused on practical strategies leaders can use every day, including actionable feedback, collaborative problem-solving, effective communication, and courageous confrontation.

Participants explored how to approach challenging conversations with clarity and empathy, address unmet expectations, and create stronger outcomes through intentional communication.

A sincere thank you to Annie Perdue-Olson for sharing your expertise and providing our affiliate members with valuable tools they can immediately put into practice.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to bring meaningful learning experiences like this to our affiliate network and support the continued growth of the leaders who serve their organizations and communities.

A big thank you to Options for Women - River Falls for hosting today's Ultrasound Refresher Course and opening your space for our nurses and instructors to come together for a day of learning and hands-on skill building.

We're also incredibly grateful to our generous donors. Because of your support, we were able to offer today's refresher course, providing ongoing education and training that equips our nurses to continue delivering compassionate, high-quality care to the women and families we serve.

We were excited to offer our annual Board Training in two locations this year, a direct result of the thoughtful feedback we received from participants last year. Making this training more accessible is one way we're working to better serve our affiliate network.
