Amanda's connection to CPM runs deep. "I've known about CPM since earlier in my long-term care career," she shares. "I've had the good fortune of working for organizations who recognized the important role associations play in our sector, and the great value they provide."

To Amanda, CPM's mission, Leading Members to Excellence, comes down to being responsive: "Not all our members need the same thing from us at the same time. Our strength is being nimble, and most importantly, available, when our members need us most."

She feels the same way about her coworkers: "We're a group of long-term care professionals, some who've spent careers dedicated to serving seniors, and others just discovering the joy that comes from this profession. It's tough to beat that every day."

Outside of work, Amanda's a die-hard sports fan (NFL, volleyball, and the WNBA), and loves camping with her dogs and grandkids and catching live concerts.

That's Amanda, passionate about the mission, grounded in what matters most.
