International Firefighters' Day 2026 is observed on Monday, May 4, 2026. This day honors the dedication, sacrifice, and courage of firefighters worldwide who risk their lives to protect communities.

The Bloomington Fire Company is blessed to have numerous men and women who selflessly serve their community. Yesterday, the members were honored at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Bloomington Fire Company Heroes Park. Enjoy these photos of the ribbon cutting ceremony, which was attended by the numerous folks who helped make this Park a success.
