Happy Birthday to the MCDF Facility Dog, Daisie! ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿฅณ

She brings comfort and support to those in need throughout the McLean County Detention Facility. Whether sheโ€™s supporting staff, helping ease stressful moments, or simply offering a friendly wag, Daisie reminds us of the power of compassion and connection.

Today she will be spoiled with plenty of treats (more than she already gets) and will thank us with a dusting of dog glitter (aka dog hair)! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’›

A huge ๐“๐‡๐€๐๐Š ๐˜๐Ž๐” to everyone who came out on Friday to support our Cop on a Rooftop fundraiser benefiting the Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics!

Because of your generosity, we were able to raise money for an incredible cause that supports athletes across Illinois and helps continue the mission of inclusion, opportunity, and empowerment through Special Olympics.

Weโ€™d also like to thank the City of Bloomington - Police for partnering with us throughout the event, and Dunkin' for hosting us and supporting the fundraiser.

We truly appreciate everyone who stopped by, donated, grabbed a coffee, honked, waved, or simply showed support throughout the morning. Events like this are a great reminder of how strong and supportive our community is. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿš“๐Ÿฉ
