Homecoming Week is almost here, and our **High School Student Council** has put together a great lineup of dress-up days for **Homecoming Spirit Week!** 🔴⚪️

We want to see **students AND staff** getting involved and bringing the Cardinal spirit all week long!

⚽️ **CARDINALS DOMINATE COMSTOCK!** 🔴⚪️

The **Bloomingdale Cardinals** put together a dominant performance, cruising to an **8–0 victory over Comstock!**

🔥 **Mason** led the offensive attack with an impressive **4 goals**!

⚽️ **Gilbert** added **2 goals**, while **Santi** and **Celestino** each found the back of the net.

🎯 **Valentine** also made a big impact with **2 assists**, helping create opportunities throughout the match.

A complete team effort from the Cardinals! 💪

🏐 **MIDDLE SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL SHOWS RESILIENCE!** 🔴⚪️

Our **7th and 8th grade volleyball teams** were back in action against Decatur last night, and both teams showed plenty of growth, effort, and determination!

# # # 🔴 7TH GRADE

The 7th graders battled hard but came up just short, falling to Decatur **22-25, 25-15, 12-15**.

⭐ **Kylee Rawson** continued to be consistent at the service line with strong serves all night. Keep it up, Kylee!

🔥 **Alaina Munn** was also a force at the line, recording multiple aces.

💪 **Addylynn Daniels** came up with several impressive digs while also stepping up as a leader on the court when her team needed her.

The Cardinals showed noticeable improvement with **better communication and movement on the court**. Coach Lindsey is excited to see what’s next as this team continues to improve!

# # # 🔴 8TH GRADE

The 8th graders got off to a slow start, dropping the first set **6-25**, but the Cardinals responded with an incredible turnaround!

💥 They came back to win the next two sets **25-16 and 25-23** to earn the victory!

🔥 **Maydelyn Nesta** was a huge force at the service line, showing that her hard work in practice is paying off.

👏 **Addison Douglas** stayed level-headed and provided strong leadership on the court. She also came up BIG in the third set with some crucial aces!

Coach Robinson couldn't be more proud of the **resilience and determination** these ladies showed after a tough first set. They came out in sets two and three ready to compete—and **handled business!**

After a tough loss on Saturday, our **Boys Varsity Soccer team** responded exactly the way you want to see—**with determination, resilience, and a statement performance.**

The Cardinals came out firing in their Southwest 10 Conference matchup against Comstock, putting together an impressive **8-0 victory**! 💪

🔥 **Offensive Leaders**
⚽️ **Adrian Pop** — 3 goals, 2 assists
⚽️ **Emiliano Ceron** — 2 goals, 1 assist
⚽️ **Diego Estrada** — 1 goal
⚽️ **Brian Carrasco** — 1 goal
🎯 **Joe Rodriguez** — 3 assists
🎯 **Matias Munoz** — 1 assist

🧤 **DEFENSIVE DOMINANCE**

The Cardinals' defense was outstanding, allowing Comstock just **six shots on target** all night.

🧤 **Ryan Pop** stood tall in goal, making every save he needed to make and helping secure a **clean sheet** for the Cardinals.

This was a complete team performance from start to finish—**strong defense, unselfish play, great passing, and relentless attacking pressure.**

A tough loss can either break you or motivate you.
