Meet your District Leader candidates! In Ward 1, District 3, we have Ray McCarthy and Alyssa D’Antonio!
1-3, Alyssa D’Antonio, committed to promoting progress and community and enhancing communication between the township and residents, especially those in apartment complexes.
Alyssa D’Antonio:
Current District Leader who has lived in Bloomfield for the past 5 years after relocating from Long Island
As a more recent resident who lives in one of the apartment complexes in Bloomfield Center, I am dedicated to helping all new and old residents who move into the community be informed.
I am an avid Golfer and sports fan, lets go Yankees!

Big news! We are so grateful for the endorsement of Governor Mikie Sherrill in our campaign for Bloomfield Township Council. It has been a privilege to work side by side with Governor Sherrill since her earliest days in Congress representing our town, and we’re excited to roll up our sleeves and continue working with her to keep Bloomfield safe, affordable, clean, and thriving. This endorsement speaks volumes to the practices of good government our team has exemplified, and with the support of leaders like Governor Sherrill, we will continue to deliver for Bloomfield residents of all three wards. Joshua Howard, 3-1:
Nearly a decade of experience in patient services at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, now working as a communications professional in the software industry, with a background built on listening carefully, moving quickly, and showing up for people in some of their most difficult and challenging moments.
A community volunteer since childhood, beginning with weekend food service at his local church, with roots in service that have carried through every community he has called home
