Recently, crews from Unit 2, responded to an unusual rescue assignment—an RC Boeing C-17 that had become lodged high in a tree.

After some teamwork and careful maneuvering, the aircraft was successfully recovered and returned to its owner, Caleb. The plane holds significant sentimental value to Caleb, making the reunion especially rewarding. After being missing for more than a week, seeing the aircraft safely back on the ground brought plenty of smiles.

We're proud to have played a small role in reuniting Caleb with something that means so much to him.
