Not your typical fire protection project. Adelphia Fire recently completed a specialized fire sprinkler installation in a section of a warehouse utilizing an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS)—a computer-controlled system designed to automatically store and retrieve inventory.
This portion of the project required the installation of more than 4,000 fire sprinkler heads in the in-rack storage system, providing fire protection without compromising the facility's robotics and handling of inventory operations.
As we continue to work through the remainder of the warehouse, our team remains focused, providing precision, and attention to detail that this project requires. . Adelphia Fire Getting It Done 💪💪🔥🔥

We partnered with North Star on an exciting project to install both wet and dry fire protection sprinkler systems for a luxury apartment complex in Easton.
The Confluence project included 5,000 sprinkler heads and over 35,000 feet of piping, which was all completed in less than eight months.
Kudos to our field technicians for their hard work, dedication, and excellence throughout the project.

Adelphia Fire LLC was proud to collaborate with Iron Hill on the Myers Power warehouse project. This fire protection consisted of 80,000 square feet of warehouse and office space. It required 900 ESFR sprinklers along with a 1,500 GPM electric fire pump. Ensuring high-performance fire protection throughout. This project reflects coordination, efficiency, and Adelphia’s ability to successfully execute fire protection systems on a larger scale.

Installing fire protection systems is all about safety—but that starts with the people doing the work.
When installing sprinkler systems, don’t cut corners:
✔️ Secure ladders and lifts before working overhead.
✔️ Verify piping is properly supported before release or adjustment.
✔️ Wear proper PPE—hard hats, eye protection, and gloves are a must.
✔️ Stay aware and alert! Pay attention to pressurized lines!
A properly installed system can save lives—but only if everyone goes home safe at the end of the day.

Adelphia Fire LLC distinguishes itself from many fire protection sprinkler companies through its highly qualified team, including a NICET Level III certified designer, OSHA-certified field technicians, and experienced in-office designers, estimators, project managers with hands-on industry experience, education and certifications.
In one recent project, our NICET Level III designer identified a critical issue in the original plans—insufficient water supply to support the specified fire sprinkler system. Leveraging his expertise and engineering consulting insight, he determined that a dedicated pump house would be required to ensure adequate water pressure and system performance in the event of activation.
By proactively identifying this deficiency, he was able to deliver a code-compliant solution, provide a cost-effective solution, and design guidance. This ultimately will save the general contractor both time and money. This level of technical advisory and subject matter expertise is a key factor that sets Adelphia Fire LLC apart.
