📢 Public Hearing on Blakely Urban Revitalization Plan! 🏡

Blakely is making strides in tackling our housing challenges! With our housing assessment now complete, we’re taking full advantage of our participation in the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing to bring quality and affordable housing to our city.

Join the Georgia Initiative Community Housing for a Public Hearing to learn about the Blakely Urban Revitalization Plan and hear from industry experts:

🔹 Community Education on Housing Types & Costs – Matt Forshee, Southern Company

🔹 Review of Housing Assessment – Barbara Reddick, SW Georgia Regional Commission

🔹 Urban Redevelopment Plan – Karsen Wynn, Affordable Equity Partners, Inc.

Each speaker will have 40 minutes, including a Q&A session.
