The Blairsville DDA consists of a seven member Board of Directors appointed by the Blairsville City Council. These dedicated individuals meet monthly to discuss issues relating to the revitalization of Downtown Blairsville. Harper, committee chairs, and volunteers. Please feel free to contact the DDA Board, Darren E. Harper, or one of the committee members for more information. We encourage input from the community and welcome creative suggestions. There’s a lot starting to happen in Downtown Blairsville, and we wanted to take you along for a quick look & explanation on what to expect. 👷🏼‍♂️👷🏻‍♀️

Yes, there’s construction. Yes, things may start looking a little different for a while. But most importantly… DOWNTOWN WILL REMAIN OPEN! 🙌

Our local shops, restaurants and businesses will still be open, and they will need our support now more than ever. Don’t let a little construction keep you away...come downtown, follow the signs, find your favorite businesses and maybe discover a new one along the way!

The Heritage Festival is THIS WEEKEND!! This fun festival is organized by The Union County Historical Society.

Blairsville, GA (Just off the Downtown Square!)

This wonderful annual tradition will feature gold panning, woodworking, blacksmithing and other demonstrations, along with a variety of local vendors and food trucks. Please come out and enjoy a weekend celebrating our area’s history and heritage and support The Historical Society.

Downtown Businesses will be open during the festival, so please stop in and support our local merchants & restaurants while you are in town.🩵We are happy to be a sponsor & supporter for this event.
