We are incredibly grateful for receiving two grant items from the Aladdin Shriners this year. We are fortunate to have received a thermal imaging camera as well as an automated external defibrillator. The thermal
imager will be placed on our first out engine at station one, replacing a much older camera. The AED is being placed in the fire chiefs vehicle as that vehicle is on the majority of fires, auto accidents, and first responds to several EMS calls. Thank you very much for your support Aladdin Shriners!

It’s that time of the year again. Even though we’ve gotten a little rain, the surface materials are extremely dry. Even if it is in legal hours, please assess the area around the open burn, and ensure the breeze isn’t blowing. If a burn does get out of hand call us IMMEDIATELY so we can stop the spread as quickly as possible. Thank you

It’s that time of year. On top of training, handling calls, and all other standard daily duties, your firefighters are ensuring our annual hose testing gets completed. Every year hose undergoes pressure testing to make sure it’s up to standards when it’s needed to perform. Each engine carries 2,000 feet of hose between fire attack lines and water supply hoses.
