At 9:00 PM on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, Taskforce 82 was dispatched to Cameron Circle for a reported dwelling fire. While Chief 82 was responding, the Alarm Room advised that they were receiving multiple calls and that the fire was spreading to the adjacent residence. Based on this information, the Working Fire Box was transmitted.
Chief 82 arrived to find heavy fire showing from the rear of a single‑family dwelling with extension to the neighboring home. Chief 82 immediately requested All Hands. Shortly thereafter, a Second Alarm was struck due to significant fire conditions, extension into a second dwelling, and strong winds contributing to rapid fire spread.
The fire was placed under control in approximately 40 minutes, and no injuries were reported. Chief 82, Tower Ladder 82, and Squad 88 operated on scene for roughly three hours.
We extend our appreciation to all of our mutual aid partners for their assistance and support.
