GTPD's Social Media Sites Comment Removal and Inappropriate Comments Removal and User Ban
The Gloucester Township Police's Social Media Sites are for information and is not used as a public forum. In an effort to remain connected to the community, Gloucester Township Police has created our Social Media Sites and uses them as one of many tools in providing professional police services to the citizens of Gloucester Township. In order to maintain the integrity of our Social Media Sites it will not be used as a forum. Most comments left by visitors following GTPD Social Media Sites posts and photos are automatically blocked, and ALL the comments will be removed by the page managers. Inappropriate comments will also be removed, and that visitor permanently banned. However, in the event that a visitor leaves a comment that is visible to the public, that visitor's opinion does not reflect the opinion of the Gloucester Township Police Department. Any missing or wanted persons posts will be removed from the Social Media Sites once the person is no longer missing or captured. These email addresses, as well as our Social Media Sites, are NOT monitored 24 hours a day.
