Start Jumping!!!

This past Tuesday we had our first PROLAB of the year. We were introduced to our new CO, CAPT Roussakies, received some expectations from our MIDN CO, and activated some of our MIDN Scholarships

We also recognized some of our MIDN that exceeded expectations and received awards during summer cruise.

Congratulations to…
- MIDN 1/C Barnard and Vaules for each being awarded a Blue Chip giving them a guaranteed spot on the awarding ship after commissioning

- MIDN 1/C Pease for achieving the Highest Fitness and Academics as well as the Commandants Trophy at USMC OCS

Finally we watched a back to school brief from NSTC

We are looking forward to what this semester has to offer!!

This past Monday our incoming 4/C attended an In-Brief during VTCC Forge Week. They got an introduction to our unit staff, exposure to the various warfare communities, as well as how our unit operates.

Can’t wait until they meet the rest of the Battalion at Lab!!!

Friday Evening, the battalion had our Dining In, a fun lighthearted celebration and a final event before our seniors commission in 3 weeks. Thank you to our special guest LCDR Pease for joining us and to MIDN Witzky and MIDN Steele for planning the event!
