Virginia 4-H Horse Program Welcome to our page. If you're looking for the official source of information about the 4-H The sport can develop into a life-long hobby or business.

The emphasis of the 4-H horse and pony program is equine selection, nutrition, management, riding, recreation, fun, and horsemanship. Horseback riding provides an outdoor sports fitness program for physical, personal, and emotional development, including confidence building. Projects are available for youth owning or having access to horses and to youth not having access to horses (horseless horse projects).

Hello everyone. We left Frederick County this morning at 8 AM. Wearrived in Lexington at 10:30.
Everything is unloaded, and the office for the most part is set up. But we are now waiting on tables to begin the setup process of all of the Silent Auction section and Free Will section.

Thank you you too Frederick County 4-H folks,
My hubby, Mark and my son, Brandon, good friend, Zach and 4-H Jeremiah. For hauling everything down and unloading everything and helping me get situated before they left.

Shout out to Melissa Wiseman for helping me set the office area up!

The rest of the wonderful staff will show up tomorrow!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the state show!

The auction will be open for bidding and Cash and Carry at 5 PM tomorrow Wednesday!
