Summer Reading 2026 has begun! “Unearth a Story” is this year's theme. Kickoff Summer Reading in a big way at our Summer Library Fest tomorrow Saturday, June 6 at East Asheville Library located at 3 Avon Rd. in Asheville. This family friendly event runs from 10am –1pm with a New Orleans style second line parade headlining at noon. Get ready to put your dancing shoes on!
