From the Office of Councilman Mervin Packineau and Councilman Cory Spotted Bear will be providing Missouri River Festival wristbands & admission tickets for TAT students living in the Bismarck-Mandan-Lincoln area.

TAT Youth (ages 7-17) Wristbands & Admission tickets for the 2026 Missouri River Festival, May 29th-June 7th (good for any one day of the festival).

*Limited Supply * First come, First serve * TAT Enrollment verified * No picking up for other families * Open to ALL TAT Segments.
