We're expanding our focus on member engagement to create more opportunities to connect, collaborate, and support credit unions across North and South Dakota. From more credit union visits and educational opportunities to stronger chapter involvement and personalized support, we're committed to building meaningful relationships that help our members thrive.

This isn't just about adding new programs. It's about listening, understanding your needs, and making sure credit unions have access to the resources, connections, and opportunities that make a real difference.

The DakCU advocacy team is in Washington, D.C. this week for our Fall Hike the Hill, advocating on behalf of credit unions across North Dakota and South Dakota.

As part of our visit, we were honored to meet with National Credit Union Administration Chairman John Crews, among the first stakeholder groups he met with as he begins his tenure leading the agency.

Chairman Crews shared his priorities for the NCUA, including reducing regulatory burdens and ensuring credit unions can continue serving their members and communities. He also welcomed our perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing credit unions today.

These conversations matter. Being in D.C. allows us to bring the voices of our member credit unions directly to policymakers and advocate for policies that strengthen the credit union movement and the communities we serve.
