Election Day!

Today is the Primary Election Day in North Dakota!

Know the process? The North Dakota Secretary of State has outlined the steps to help:

1. Make sure you meet the three North Dakota voting requirements.
2. Make sure you have a valid ID.
3. See a sample ballot and what you are voting on.
4. Find your polling location.
5. When you arrive at your polling location, a poll worker will verify your ID, ask if you meet the three voting requirements, and check you in.
6. Head to the judges' table to pick up a ballot.
7. Vote in a voting booth with a pen or use the ExpressVote ballot marking device.
8. Make a mistake? You can ask for a new ballot.
9. Take your ballot the paper ballot tabulator and insert.
10. Grab your "I VOTED" sticker. You Did It!

Opening Doors provides households with a rental barrier the opportunity to access housing. The barrier could be poor credit or prior rental history, or a criminal conviction. The program also encourages landlords to lease units to households that may not meet all their rental criteria by providing coverage if there is excessive damage or lost revenue.
