The City of Biscay is accepting sealed bids for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 snow plowing seasons. Bids are due by November 10th.

📬 Bids should be sealed and either mailed or dropped off at the City of Biscay Council Building located in Biscay:
📍 300 Ames Street, Glencoe, MN 55336

Bids should include plowing of all city streets and alleys whenever there are 2 or more inches of snow.

The city fire hydrants will be flushed on Sunday July 6th starting about 9am.

The city water will be shut off on Monday April 28th to replace a fire hydrant.

Today your Mayor, Gary, is in St. Paul to testify at the Capital in front of the Capital Investment Committee. He is there to ask the state to invest in Biscay’s water infrastructure.

The City of Biscay is now accepting closed bids for summer lawn maintenance. The areas to be mowed include the park and City Hall. The bid should include spring and fall clean up. Bids can be mailed to or dropped off at City of Biscay 300 Ames St. Biscay, MN 55336.
