WE NEED MORE PERMANENT PAWS FOSTER HOMES!!

Cherished Tails is dedicated to providing compassionate care for older dogs who have been made homeless due to the terminal illness, death of their owners or another life changing circumstance. While we strive to find new homes whenever possible, some dogs—due to advanced age or complex health needs—remain in our care for the rest of their lives.

To continue providing this level of care, we rely on fosters who are willing to open their hearts and homes to dogs in their final stages of life. In one sense we know it is a big "ask" but in another they just become a part of your family and often times are pretty low maintenance once they settle in....old dogs just want a comfy bed, yummy food and lots of love.....and the rescue pays the bills
