🔥 MONDAY MYTH BUSTER: WATER PUTS OUT EVERY FIRE 💦🔥

MYTH: “If something is on fire, just throw water on it.”

🚨 BUSTED!

Water can make certain fires much worse especially grease and electrical fires.

🛑 Never use water on a grease fire.
🛑 Never use water on an electrical fire.

When in doubt, get out and call 911.

BFRS Reminder: Knowing what NOT to do can save lives.

Our friend Branson stopped by this morning to visit with Squad 1 and Fire Chief Cory D. Moon as he celebrates his 16th birthday this week!

We were happy to give him a tour of the station and send him home with some BFRS swag. 🚒
