At Central Alabama Wellness, progress is built one step at a time.

Through personalized care, daily skill-building and connections to community resources, the United Way partner agency helps clients gain stability and work toward greater independence. Last week, members of our United Way of Central Alabama team traveled to Las Vegas for the Meals on Wheels America Conference!

Karla Lawrence, Senior Vice President of Community Initiatives; Laysea Chasteen, Vice President of Senior Services; April McMaster, Meals on Wheels Program Director; and Liz Wilson, Vice President of Development, joined Meals on Wheels leaders from across the country to exchange ideas, build connections and learn more about strengthening services for older adults.
