Ronald came to WE Inc. eager to secure a job. He knew that he needed forklift certification. With the help of our classes and training, Ronald was able to pass his test. His smile is infectious, and he is ready to tackle the next part of his career plan with his position at Birmingham Fastener!

With the support of WE Inc., she has turned her passion into meaningful employment at H&M, where she continues to grow and shine.

WE Inc.'s Empower Pathways program includes job readiness, job development, paid internships, job search and finally job placement. Program participants have the unique opportunity to not just develop their skills in the classroom but also transform those skills into hands-on paid training in one of our departments. We have many different internships on campus ranging from our Empower Café to security to our ABE program.
