Halloween Safety Reminder

The Homewood Police Department urges motorists to be especially alert for children walking in the streets for Halloween this Saturday. Young trick-or-treaters can be difficult to see, particularly after daylight hours. Multiple block parties and events are also expected across the city, which may increase pedestrian activity. Please reduce your speed, keep headlights on, and give children plenty of space. Thank you for helping keep our youngest residents safe!
