Bird Island Community Garden

Bird Island Community Garden Bird Island is in the process of developing a 100 x 100 community garden. Garden is located by Athmann's Inn Ballroom. Plots will be available to rent.

The Bird Island Community Garden became possible with the help of SHIP. Funds from SHIP will help with developing the area for the garden. The garden in 100 x 100 in size with individual plots for citizens to rent. Plots are 15 x 30. These can be split with a friend. Raised beds will also be available. Garden will be fenced in, and plans for a sand box for children to play while parents are gardening.
