Tioga County Economic Development & Planning has been awarded a second round of CDBG Microenterprise Grant funding, offering eligible small business owners up to $35,000 in working capital. Funds can support equipment, furniture and fixtures, inventory, salaries, software, and training and technical assistance.

New and existing businesses with fewer than five employees may qualify.
