Town of Binghamton Highway, Water & Sewer Department The Town of Binghamton Highway Department is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of town road

The Town of Binghamton Highway Department is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Town roads including but not limited to snow removal, ice control, tree and brush removal, maintenance, signage and paving. During the winter season our main responsibility is to insure our residents safety while driving on the roads. In order to do so our employees clear the roads of snow and apply deicers.

In the spring time we assist in the removal of brush from residents property. Come summer months we concentrate on road repair including paving, patching and road markings. Lastly, during the Fall we aide in leaf removal and start our preparation for winter.
