We’re excited to share a new offering at our Supportive Crisis Residence! Residents staying at the house can now enjoy breakfast through our Breakfast Club on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, along with freshly prepared dinners on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Having access to regular, nourishing meals is one more way we can create a comfortable, supportive environment for the individuals we serve.

We’re proud of what this means for the people we serve and grateful to everyone who continues to support our mission!

Today, we’re reminded that reaching out can make a difference.
Sometimes, the most important thing we can do is simply be there, listen without judgment, and remind someone that they don’t have to face a difficult moment alone.
Let’s keep checking in, keep listening, and keep reminding one another that help, hope, and connection are always worth reaching for.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

Not in crisis, but need someone to talk to? MHAST’s Warmline is here for anyone who could use a listening ear, support, or simply someone to talk to. Call 607-240-7291.
You don’t have to wait for a crisis to reach out. Sometimes, a conversation is all it takes to feel a little less alone.

August 31 marks International Overdose Awareness Day, dedicated to raising awareness about overdoses, remembering those we’ve lost, and taking steps to save lives.

Visit us at the NYS Fair today for free naloxone and training, a life-saving medication for opioid overdoses. You can also order free naloxone through our website and register for a virtual training.

You can make a difference. Learn the facts, break the stigma, and carry naloxone. 💜

While our Sponsor Spotlight series highlights some of our major tournament sponsors, we also want to recognize the many businesses and organizations that have stepped up to sponsor a hole at the 2026 MHAST Golf Tournament.

Every sponsorship helps support MHAST's mission of providing vital mental health services throughout the Southern Tier. We are incredibly grateful for each of our Hole Sponsors and the role they play in making this event a success.

Thank you to our 2026 Hole Sponsors, your generosity and community support mean so much to us.

We look forward to seeing everyone on the course tomorrow!
