Binghamton, NY – Broome County Clerk Aaron Martin and Town of Dickinson Supervisor Michael Marinaccio announced that the Broome County Clerk’s Office will be hosting a passport fair at the Dickinson Town Hall at 531 Old Front Street in Binghamton on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Appointments are required to participate in the passport fair. Those interested in signing up can do so at https://passportfair.setmore.com/
