Programs include Early Intervention (birth through age 3), Preschool Special Education (age 3 - 5), and the Children with Special Health Care Needs Program (under age 21).

Join us on Saturday, June 13th, 2026!

DEC and State Parks, in partnership with the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), the Office of the Chief Disability Officer, the Department of Veterans’ Services, the Office of Mental Health, and the Justice Center for the Protection of People With Special Needs, will host free events across the state to connect people to nature and provide increased access to the outdoors.
