Billerica Public Library Teen Central The Billerica Public Library Young Adult Department Young adult services are for any young person in grades 5-12.

On the main floor is a special Young Adult area with a collection focused specifically for teens and tweens. The collection includes all the latest books, magazines, books on cd, dvd's, cd's as well as, a good size collection of manga, anime and graphic novels. Oh, did I mention we also carry Switch, Wii, WiiU, XBox, DS, 3DS and Playstation 3 games? The Library offers volunteer opportunities and

teen/tween programming. The Young Adult Volunteers sometimes act as hosts for special drop-in craft and activity days for younger children throughout the year.

Ummmm....yup! I'd say we were busy! Free Comic Book Day was a blast this year! We had 25 teen and adult volunteers making crafts, handing out comics, running games, face painting and more! I couldn't have done it without all of your help. You are all an asset to your community. I can't thank you enough! Special shout out to Faith and Issac from BATV for green screen, Sugarplum Parties for sending us Elsa, and Command D for helping us get all of those comics! Also to all of the staff at the Billerica Public Library for chipping in and helping out wherever possible! But I truly want to thank Becca from the library for helping me throughout all of prep, set up, break down and more! Becca you are my superhero! Thank you! Stay tuned for more pictures.
