From the Billerica Water Superintendent:

The Billerica Water Division is announcing a complete water main shutdown for the next 2-inch water main replacement project. The shutdown will occur on June 4th at 8 AM to 5 PM, from Boston Road to Sprague Street and will involve these additional streets: Twombly Avenue, Bond Street, Toma Road, Shepherd Lane, and Kohlrausch Avenue. This will result in no water in this area and possible discolored water in the neighboring streets.
