Tonight at 6pm is our next School Committee meeting. They will be discussing how they plan to include the community in making the decision to possibly extend our elementary and middle school day.

Public comment will be first and I encourage everyone to speak, our committee members need to know how the community feels and that’s the way to tell them! 💚

Billerica School Committee meeting is tonight at 6pm! If you have an opinion on #9 now is the time to to let them know how you feel! I also encourage you to go to the School Committee members pages and ask them questions that you have about anything on the agenda. It’s time for our elected offcials to start talking openly with the residents of this town. Make your voices heard! 💚

Tuesday night at the School Committee meeting they will be voting on a resolution to extend our children’s school day. Zero input from parents and we are just finding out about it now bc it was posted on a town page.

I personally thinking the lack of communication from the district on this major change is unacceptable. I urge everyone to attend the School commitee Tuesday and make your voices heard.
