🎅 We’ve got a new member in the Chamber community… and you might recognize the beard.

Meet Patrick J. Carrigan, aka Yellowstone Santa!

After spending most of his adult life in Montana, Patrick noticed there wasn’t a real-bearded Santa serving the region. With a love for Christmas and a desire to spread a little more holiday cheer, he decided to change that.

Today, Yellowstone Santa brings the full Santa experience to resorts, private clubs, corporate parties, senior living communities, nonprofits, photographer mini-sessions, and more — complete with a real beard, professional credentials, and plenty of personality.

And yes, this Santa has been known to hit the dance floor. 💃🎅

We’re excited to welcome Yellowstone Santa to the Big Sky Chamber community!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Your Taxes. Big Sky's Infrastructure Future. We appreciated the turnout and the questions at both sessions.

As a recap, Jackie Haines from Big Sky Resort Area District walked through how a Targeted Economic Development District (TEDD) would work for Big Sky: it's the designation that would let us use Tax Increment Financing (TIF) to direct future property tax collections back into our own water, transportation, and wildfire infrastructure — the systems that haven't kept pace with our growth. She covered how the district would be structured, what it could fund, and the timeline for the Gallatin and Madison County Commissioners' vote.
