Meet Carmen Cooper, CEO of UnitedHealthcare's Northwest health plans, who's helping Big Sky small business owners access affordable healthcare like never before.

Through a partnership with the Big Sky Chamber of Commerce, Carmen and her team created an association health plan that lets even the smallest businesses leverage the strength of a larger group—saving on premiums and gaining access to benefits usually reserved for bigger organizations.

From sponsoring community events like Digger Days to building teams fueled by empathy, Carmen's impact goes way beyond insurance. Her advice? Put in the effort, work hard, and good things will follow.
